Credence Credit exists for one reason: to give credit repair professionals the technology they need to help more people rebuild their financial futures. We started as operators. We built what we needed. Now we share it with the industry.
Credence Credit was born out of frustration. In 2019, our founders were running a successful credit repair operation — processing hundreds of disputes per month, managing dozens of clients, and growing fast. The problem? Every tool on the market was either built for a different industry and awkwardly adapted, or so outdated it felt like using software from 2005.
We needed a platform that understood the credit repair workflow from intake to resolution. One that could generate legally compliant dispute letters in seconds, not hours. One that could track bureau responses across Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion without spreadsheets. One that could show clients their progress in real-time without a phone call.
So we built it. What started as an internal tool quickly became something bigger. Other credit repair companies saw what we were using and asked for access. Within six months, we had 50 companies on the platform. Within a year, 200. Today, over 500 credit repair companies across all 50 states trust Credence to run their operations.
We're still operators at heart. Every feature we build comes from real problems we've faced or our customers have reported. We don't build features for press releases — we build them because someone needed it yesterday.
Credence Credit started as a single credit repair company frustrated with existing software. We built the tools we wished existed.
